our programs

Our fitness programs are for those clients that need help in knowing what to do at home or at the gym without the expense or time commitment of seeing a personal trainer.  We offer 4-week individualized programs that are based on our client’s goals, schedule and equipment access.  In addition we offer online running and core programs that require no equipment, are easy to follow and are progressive.  Both types of programs are accessible through a fitness application that has built-in accountability, exercise videos, and a variety of other features to keep people motivated and working towards their goals. These programs require the client to be able to exercise independently however the client has access to a coach.
