One-on-one personal training sessions are done in a large, clean, private space out of Kristina and Matt’s home. Each client’s program is carefully designed and documented in a fitness software program so that the coaches can track their progress and keep them accountable.

Prices

  • Assessment: $90 plus HST

  • 10 x 60 min session package: $750 plus HST

  • 10 x 30 min session package: $450 plus HST

  • Individual 60 minute session: $85 plus HST

  • Individual 30 minute sessions: $55 plus HST

Private Yoga/Stretch

One-on-one or tandem yoga/stretch sessions are available with Kim in our private space. Flexibility and mobility are an important aspect of fitness that is often overlooked. These sessions are carefully tailored to our client’s needs and are a vital addition to any strength and/or cardiovascular program to improve range of motion and strength.

Prices
5 x 55 min private yoga session: $400 plus HST
5 x 55 min semi-private yoga session: $500 plus HST

Meet Our Coaches

Kristina Plachecki

Coach K has worked as a personal coach for over 15 years and is passionate about health and fitness. She strives to mentor and inspire her clients during their fitness journey and pushes them out of their comfort zone. Kristina’s knowledge in exercise physiology and experience as an athlete contributes to the success of her clients.

Matt Plachecki

Through endurance sport, Coach Matt developed a passion for helping others improve their running and triathlon that he began his coaching journey by helping his wife coach triathlon and run workouts. In 2018, Matt became a certified personal trainer and has since been training clients and coaching the Dundas Run Club on a regular basis.

Kim Agostino

Kim is a certified yoga and fitness instructor and has been teaching and training for 25 years. Kim has mainly worked with the adult population including seniors and patients in a post-cardiac care program. With her experience and knowledge, she easily adapts her training to suit her client’s needs. She has extensive teaching experience in Yin, Yin Yang, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga and over the years, Kim has helped people improve their range of motion, reduce their pain and stiffness, heal soft tissue, and develop practical relaxation techniques.

OUR fitness programs

Our fitness programs are for those clients that need help in knowing what to do at home or at the gym without the expense or time commitment of seeing a personal trainer.  We offer 4-week individualized programs that are based on our client’s goals, schedule and equipment access.  In addition we offer online running and core programs that require no equipment, are easy to follow and are progressive.  Both types of programs are accessible through a fitness software program that has built-in accountability, exercise videos and a variety of other features to keep people motivated and working towards their goals. These programs require the client to be able to exercise independently however the client has access to a coach on a weekly basis. 


Prices:
Individualized fitness programs (4 weeks): $150.00 + HST
Online running programs (12 weeks): $99 + HST
Online core programs (8 weeks): $99 +HST
