The Dundas Run Club is a run club for everyone who wants to run and socialize with like-minded individuals. People of all abilities and ages are welcome including serious long-distance runners and run/walkers. Through proper programming and coaching, we believe that anyone can get better at running and make it a part of their regular fitness regime.
